Once you've found a property
Contact us to arrange a viewing. Unfortunately we cannot proceed beyond this point until a viewing has been completed.
Complete an application form
We ask that you start the application process and pay a holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent, this allows for us to carry out the referencing process and comply with current regulation.
Tenancy Agreement
If your application is successful, you will be issued a tenancy agreement to sign, a request for payment of the deposit and the remaining balance of the first month’s rent.
